What is the Employee Referral Program?

**Please Note: Referral bonuses can only be awarded if the referral form is submitted BEFORE the new employee is hired. Referral bonus cannot be paid out retroactively.
We believe great people know great people. If you have a friend or former colleague who’d be a strong fit at Casa, refer them our way - successful referrals earn a bonus.
What is the referral bonus?

Make a referral to Casa and if hired, it will earn you a monetary bonus. The money is distributed after the new hire reaches 90 days of employment with Casa, and again after 180 days.
The referral rates are based on new hire status at time of payout:
Referral is hired Full Time: 90 days / $500 180 days / $500
Referral is hired 3/4 Time: 90 days / $375 180 days / $375
Referral is hired 1/2 Time: 90 days / $250 180 days / $250
Referral is hired Part Time: 90 days / $125 180 days / $125
(less than 24 hours/week)Referral is hired per diem: not eligible
*bonuses are subject to the “supplemental wage” rate per the IRS
